Carpet Mill LLC

Carpet Mill tiled a backsplash for me a couple years ago. We recently replaced our stove/oven but the new oven didn’t fit flush enough to allow the dishwasher door to open. We replaced the stove/oven with one that had the smallest possible depth. We thought we were going to have to take off some of the backsplash in back of the stove to get it to fit correctly. Carpet Mill sent over someone to look at it free and he was able to move the dishwasher over enough so the door opened and we wouldn’t need to take out any tile!

The same company also installed a vinyl flooring in my kitchen/ dining area a few months prior in December 2015.  Again, they were very professional and answered any questions I had very thoroughly

They worked efficiently, took responsibility for ordering mistakes, and demonstrated excellent customer service. They completed the work on the days they were scheduled. Their work looks professional and they tidied the work space on days they had to leave materials at my house overnight. There was one error; the woman who took my order at the beginning of the process did not catch the fact that the tiles I requested did not fit the design I had chosen. When the workers arrived to tile the back splash it wasn't possible to complete the design, so I ended up ordering additional tiles and the worker tiled behind my stove range with the unusable tiles. The owner graciously did not charge me for the labor. Although I did have to schedule an additional tiling workday a month later, everything worked out and I am pleased with the look.

They were prompt, friendly, and professional. A glitch occurred with the tile and they provided labor for free. I appreciated their great customer service from start to finish.
