"We had a complicated job to widen a basement walkout, which included demolition of walls and steps that had been improperly installed. We also wanted other steps and a patio demolished and new steps and patio poured, as well as sidewalks. We got bids from several contractors who were willing to do the job but seemed not to necessarily know what they were doing. Chris Ferraro gave us a bid, and we knew right away that he knew what he was doing and would do a quality job. It wasn't cheap, but it was well worth it to have the work done right and look great."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"This is the second time that we have used them. They did a stamped patio previously, and we had an exposed concrete porch and driveway done this time. They do beautiful work and when they leave the grounds are cleaned up. Would highly recommend them and have to family and friends."
