"RT Total Lawn made the process from inquiry to installation easy. Sara responded to my Angie’s request, answered a few questions, then came out with owner Rafael to do an estimate. We discussed drip vs in ground irrigation, agreed on a fair price then the work was scheduled and completed quickly. When done, RT’s crew did a thorough clean up and Rafael and Sara came back to do a walk through. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to working them on other projects. "The project started mid July. It was to be a 5 day job. 6 weeks later we are not close to being done. The floor has been laid incorrectly twice and still isn't finished. The tub isn't in. The vanity is in front of my closet where it has been for 3 weeks. My bathroom door is in my garage. I have waited at home for days after being promised they were on their way. The only time I get a response from them is when I start telling them I will go to labor and industries. I won't let them into my home anymore. Forget it."
