"My first response in "professional" Throughout the project George was always there when scheduled, was very respectful of our house (i.e. always rolled out a floor protector between our front door and his work area when arrived in the morning and rolled it back up when his work day was finished). He always showed pride in his craft and this showed in the excellent quality of his work. He was very easy to work with as we had to make some changes throughout the project. If we ever have another project requiring his skills we would try to hire him again in a heartbeat as we remain extremely happy with our results."

"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"
