"My first response in "professional" Throughout the project George was always there when scheduled, was very respectful of our house (i.e. always rolled out a floor protector between our front door and his work area when arrived in the morning and rolled it back up when his work day was finished). When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. Because I loved the floor so much, I had them come back and do my entry hall and my living room, in the same manner, old concrete, ground and patched, then an epoxy coat over the top.
