We were on the hunt to get our entire townhouse roof replaced this summer and ended up going with Flat Roof Pros. Andrey was excellent at walking us through the process and patiently answering all of our questions (before, during, and after the project), and the crew and owner were all professional and easy to work with as well. We’re very happy with our new roof - it’s sturdy and built well, and are appreciative of the team for the great work!

I have a 65 year old house with a low sloop roof that wasn't particularly well built. I knew it was going to need extensive work. The crew from Flat Roof showed up when they said and put in 10 plus hour days for 6 days to get it done. I was impressed by the work ethic, attention to detail, and the quality of the roof. There were some detail work that I would have never have noticed had they not done it. I had other bids but I felt they "didn't see" some of the problems so that they could under bid and then up sell when the problems appeared. Flat Roof Pros where up front with the issues right from the beginning. It was the most expensive bid but an honest one. I also had correspondence with their office and a few times during the week and the staff there was always polite and quickly responded to all questions and concerns. From beginning to end I felt I was dealing with a professional outfit.

We have a beautiful 55 year old flat roof home with roof issues. I called Flat Roof Pros after interviewing other roofing companies. Andrey their roof specialist came out to our house with his ladder and inspected our roof. He then consulted his supervisor Dmitri a seasoned pro in the industry. They came up with a solution to upgrade our roof and solve its issues. They promptly sent me a bid and work began. The crew their sent me was led by Serhii their crew crew lead. Serhii s commitment to quality work is unmatched in the industry and he has a great personality. A special thanks to Andrey for his honor and integrity. His commitment to customer satisfaction and work ethic made this project a success.

We have a flat roof townhome that is prone to water damage. After the recent storms in Seattle we noticed some leaks in our bathroom ceiling we believed stemmed from the roof. We have Servpro come out initially as they specialize in interior water / mold damage remediation and they immediately recommended Flat Roof Pros to diagnose the root cause of the internal water damage. I called them at 12pm and by EOD they had the problem identified and had a temporary stop in place to prevent further water damage until weather allows for us to do a full repair. They were excellent.
