Tom didn't prepare map according to City's requirement. It took me months longer and thousands of additional review fee to correct the mistakes and missing items in his work. It was very difficult to get hold of him. Rarely keep his promise for delivery time.

Good service and good pricing. Took more time than anticipated, but the work was completed.

It was done on budget and on schedule.

I was delivered a contract to sign after we shared emails because Angiies List doesn't allow the attaching of documents. I decided that I wanted to use Site Survey as surveying services are expensive and the contract provided appeared to communicate they would be thorough and responsive and the estimate was $400 cheaper than another bid. I signed and immediately contacted the owner, Thomas, to make the down payment. Thomas was easy to call and speak withat the time and he readily took my credit card information. The contract stipulated that they would be out and do the surveying within 10 days of signing and making the down payment. Three weeks later, after attempting unsuccessfully to contact them three times to get infromationfrom them via email or phone calls, the surveyor showed up at my house. Thomas, the owner, and the surveyor both indicated that the turn-around time on receiving the final paperwork would be 2-3 days. One week after the survey took place I got the digital paperwork via email with no explanation or apologies as to the delay. Now I just received notice that Thomas had submitted the final billing with no further communication. Very unprofessional and rude, to say the least. Avoiding phone calls and not responding to emails when failing to follow up on his end of the contract, but quick to bill.

They did a beautiful job and I look forward to working with them again.

He was recommended by my architect. He was the third bid and lower by 1-2000$. He was quick with a proposal and delivered the completed survey about 2 weeks after sending in the retainer fee. I believe it includes everything required of a survey.

I liked the fact that he provided a detailed and well-written description of the the work he was proposing to do. In the end, he did almost all of what he promised. Unfortunately, he did not start the work on the date he said he would, nor finish on time. Each time he provided an excuse. He took my initial payment on time, however.

The agreement on payment was half when the work started, and half when completed. Thomas told me that he shreds credit card numbers, so he would call when the work was complete and ask me again for my credit card number. This was untrue. He retained my credit card number and charged the second payment before the work was complete and without asking me. He never did provide a usable AutoCAD file of the survey.

I called several surveyors when I needed a survey done for my house renavation last year, the quote from Thomas was the most professional, he basically built a whole package in computer and list all things he would do, everything is super clear to me. Thomas was also the quickest on response. I called him few times about my questions and I have immediate answers. Later I had additional requests from city of Belleveue and Thomas helped very quickly each time with very reasonable charge. I HIGHLY recommend Thomas to anyone who needs survey service. He is excellent!!!
