Schroeter Surveying

I contacted several of the surveyors listed on Angie's List for my area.  All came back with bids at around $2,800 with the exception of one, who came back at $1,900.  But like most of the other surveyors I contacted, he was booked out several weeks.   I asked one of the surveyors if he knew of anyone else I could try who might be available sooner and he recommended Linda Schroeter. Linda was available the next week. Her bid originally came back at around $2,800, and I asked her if she could meet the $1,900 bid and she said yes. 
They were out the next week to do the work. The complexities of our yard required them to do two days of field work. I had the drawings at the end of that week.  There was one small error on the drawings, which I pointed out to them (they had forgotten to indicate where a set of stairs wrapped around the house and indicated a slope there instead). They were out two days later and I had the new drawings a few days after that.
I would highly recommend them.
