"Working with this contractor was the most enjoyable experience! Andrey called me promptly to confirm our initial appointment. He showed up exactly on time for the appointment. After getting an idea of what I wanted to have done, he took some measurements and gave me an estimate on the spot and I hired him immediately to remove my old backsplash tile and then install new backsplash tile around my backsplash and all around my kitchen window. We kept in touch via email over the next couple of weeks until the tile I ordered came in, and then he got me onto his schedule. He showed up exactly on time, kept everything spotless as he was doing the job, was very knowledgeable and courteous and left me with such a great impression of him and his company. He's a true pro. "I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."
