They aded a downstairs bathroom and bedroom to our house as well as walk out deck with pavers. They were prompt, thorough, and had excellent communication. They did the architectural and the interior design as well as the construction.. Could not be more pleased. When minor issues arose, they were addressed quickly. They were careful to review details like stain color, paver layout, paint color, etc carefully with us before starting work, and provided lots of options and samples. If we found we wanted something changed, they addressed it quickly. Would highly recommend.

All of the people who did work on our remodel were top notch! They showed up when they said they'd be there and really focused on the work to be done. Each person was very conscientious but also very nice. The finished product is outstanding and we couldn't be happier!

I have worked with a number of contractors in the Bellingham area for a number of different projects on our home. For anything major, I won't go anywhere else now that I've worked with Chris. He's patient, thorough, and communicates extremely well. His prices are fair and I never once had to worry about being taken advantage of. He is also very clean, regularly cleaning the work area and making sure dump runs are made to minimize the impact he's having on your day to day life during construction. Do note that Chris likes to work alone with the help of quality subs. So set expectations accordingly with your timeline. That said, it's worth any additional time. We have a number of projects that we will trust Chris with as his schedule allows. Don't hesitate to hire.

Chris, and his tile and plumber subs, did an amazing job on the remodel of our two condo bathrooms and their estimate was very competitive too. As seniors, we have hired many contractors and Casali Remodeling is the best, by far! Their communication was excellent, and Chris was always involved in making sure things were going well. When we wanted minor changes, they were very accommodating, making the changes when possible or explaining why something couldn't or shouldn't be done.

Chris was excellent to work with on a major kitchen remodel and laundry room add. This was not a simple project as it required moving the footprint of the kitchen. Changes were dealt with fairly with very good communication. The project was finished on time and on budget despite a few unanticipated items. Subs were well coordinated and did professional work. I would recommend hiring Chris/Casali Remodeling and I am a pretty tough grader.

Chris built a beautiful deck for me. Exactly what I was hoping for - and even came in under budget!! I highly recommend.

We hired Chris to build a garage/carport for us in March of this year. We had permit issues that Chris waited through with us, which made us extremely appreciative! Once Chris and his crew were able to begin work they were incredible. Whenever problems arose, Chris listened carefully and came up with solutions that worked out better than we expected. They worked every day and put in long hours. We are thrilled with the results. Our new garage/carport is amazing! We would not hesitate to hire Chris again for any future building projects. Chris and his crew (mostly his brother), were great. Chris is very nice and helpful in making decisions about how to proceed on the project and the prep and work on the deck was great. He put in some long, hard hours on a difficult project and did very good work, and did a professional job. I would highly recommend him for any of your projects.

Built a deck for me. Great to work with. Figured out the perfect solution to give me access to an outdoor faucet without a plumber and without crawling under the deck! Work site was picked up/tidied after each day's work. At the end of the project, there wasn't one stray scrap in the yard, and the deck had been cleaned also. Came on time, every day. He also did my kitchen remodel in the same efficient manner.

Chris was amazing. We realized that our roof had started leaking after a windy storm. He came out the same day crawled up on our roof in the rain and repaired the damage. His dedication to customer service is off the charts.
