"Had Empire install wood, carpet and tile in my house. The installers for the wood flooring were great. I need them to break it up over 2 weekends and they were very accommodating. These guys did a great job on the floor and made sure that all was cleaned up when they finished. The tile installer was phenomenal. He was very helpful with the pattern my wife wanted. The floor looks amazing. They did a good job installing the carpet but, I have never had an installer take all the remnants and scraps. If I ever needed a piece for a patch, I’m out of luck. All in all, they did a good job."

"Signature tile is hands down the best contractor I have ever used.  Chad and his team are so detail oriented and really work with you to reach your desired outcome.  We were really not sure what we wanted to do but had some ideas - Chad was able to help us figure out what would look good and then made it happen in a timely and cost effective manner.  He consistantly says "its all about making you happy" and it is true!!!  We even made some changes to the original plan as we moved along and the guys were able to make everything happen just the way we wanted.  The quality of work is also something that needs to be highlighted.  Everything is done with such care and detail.  We have a rock floor in our shower that is so meticulously laid out even I wouldn't have had the patience - it looks really great.  Give Chad and Sig Tile your work --- you really won't regret it.

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."
