We did extensive remodeling and had tile done in the bathroom, kitchen, and an entire wall around our fireplace. Victor did an exceptional job. Victor is a very pleasant and hardworking young man. We talked and he helped me make the right color decisions I needed. He showed me examples of his work. He is very neat and left everything clean when he left. I would definitely refer him to my friends, and would hire him again. He gave my small kitchen just what it needed to look special.

Victor was great. Daily he texted me photos and progress reports as I live out of state. He made materials/tile suggestions that look like something out of Good Housekeeping. Hi work ethic is superior as well as his work product. his professional is a gem and I highly recommend him. He did not do just the tile job but the entire tear out and rebuilding my shower and bathroom floors.

Vick, the owner, came to look at a grout problem with the guest shower floor. Vick originally thought if the problem was just a grout problem he would be able to fix and replace and told us what the scope of work would cost. Upon getting into the repair, the magnitude of the problem and damage it caused was exposed. I agreed the previous owner made a mess and we had to completely remove all the tile on the walls and floor. My wife and I selected the tile we wanted and Vick took the time and care to install a beautiful new shower. Exception professionalism, taking the time to provide an exceptional job. We are talking about more tile work in our home and Vick will be the only professional we’ll call. Fair price and great work. I would recommend Designer Floors to anyone lookin for a tile or hardwood floor installer.
