"Empire floors did the best project out of several we hired th S summer. Good communication between salesman, office, installers, and customer. They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer)."

I didn't get a bid for the full scope of work from Mike and ultimately decided on a contractor that gave me a bid for everything and knew personally. I looked at pictures of Mike's cabinet work and was impressed. It was a tough decision and work has not yet begun because I'm waiting on insurance.
