"My work is through insurance claim. When Domingo first bid for the work, he bid it low, but along the way, he will ask for more money. BEWARE!! Domingo will say he knows how to do everything, but in reality, he couldn't hook up a water heater, garbage disposal, bathroom sinks and all that works had to be sub-contracted. After $55k insurance payment, my house was finally finished a year later. My bank inspector came down for a FINAL inspection. After 5 minutes around the house, the first thing my inspector said was, THIS IS BELOW AVERAGE WORK, it suppose to look like a new house, but it isn't. Don't let him get away with it. If you need photo for proof of the work, please email me, [email protected]. I am happy to share."

"I needed a new kitchen constructed in a basement laundry area with a concrete floor. While the area had natural gas, water and some electricity, it required extensive replumbing and figuring out how to obtain enough electricity for appliances, washer/dryer, three sets of ceiling and under-cabinet lighting AND a sauna. I also requested earthquake proofing and exterior lighting before the walls were closed in. Peter was phenomenal in creatively and efficiently solving every problem. He installed the cabinets so perfectly that the countermen asked who had done it. I recommend him unconditionally."

"Our tenant reported a leak in her kitchen ceiling. I called Home Advisor looking for a roof repair specialist and Ferdi Construction was one of the responding companies. I made an appointment to meet with Junio Dias to assess the problem. Junio was punctual and professional. He assessed the leak problem and was honest in his quotation. He was not the lowest bid, but his honesty and knowledge impressed me. His work was thorough and backed by a guarantee. Later that year we called him again to replace the skylight, and then again to assess the condition of the roof of our primary residence. I expect a full re-roof is needed soon and we will call Ferdi Construction to do the work. We highly recommend Ferdi Construction!!"
