I’ve had him replace flooring, plumbing and light fixtures, repair drywall, etc. I sometimes just build a list of things, Chris comes by and gives an estimate and a time he can start the work. I leave him a key, he comes in and gets the work done while I’m at work. I come home, everything is finished, cleaned up, and I send him payment. Chris is competitive with estimates and very honest and dependable. His communication is excellent. I couldn’t recommend him more highly."

"I interviewed several contractors for my addition and addition and I chose Andrew because I felt like he was straightforward with the project and the risks that come with a remodel of an 80 year old house along with the primary suite addition. Through the design phase, we never felt pressured to make decisions, but were kept informed of the timing of the project and when we needed to make decisions in order to schedule the project in a way that minimized the impact to our family. Andrew walked us through each item in the contract and worked with us to make changes to fit our budget and kept us informed on what we could expect for changes for a project like ours.
