"I interviewed several contractors for my addition and addition and I chose Andrew because I felt like he was straightforward with the project and the risks that come with a remodel of an 80 year old house along with the primary suite addition. Through the design phase, we never felt pressured to make decisions, but were kept informed of the timing of the project and when we needed to make decisions in order to schedule the project in a way that minimized the impact to our family. Andrew walked us through each item in the contract and worked with us to make changes to fit our budget and kept us informed on what we could expect for changes for a project like ours. Once we were out on contract, Andrew helped push permits through county and kept us informed on what we could expect for duration and timing of the project. Once the work began, Andrew and his right hand man Rod worked efficiently and coordinated the project beautifully to minimize the amount of time that we were displaced from our home. Thoughtful suggestions were made to deal with the numerous issues that come with renovating an 80 year old house and Andrew supported my questions on cost impact and the criticality of each change to keep me informed so that we could make decisions that we felt comfortable with. Andrew and his team of subcontractors were all very friendly and respectful of our family, never making myself, my wife, or 3 kids feel unsafe at any time.
