"We hired Puget Sound B&R for basement remodeling and Dan did a fantastic job managing the project. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and detail-oriented. Our basement now feels like a completely new living space. Great experience from start to finish with outstanding workmanship."

"I hired Topaz Remodeling to replace my front porch, including tearing out the damaged surface, installing a proper drain (the original builder’s oversight caused major leaks), and repairing the resulting damage to the floor, hardwood, and basement. The owner’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed about schedules and progress. They even finished ahead of the estimated timeline. Omar, the project lead, was phenomenal. His recommendations elevated the final result, and his attention to detail was unmatched. The tilework is flawless, with precise measurements ensuring a polished look. The team delivered exceptional quality, turning a stressful situation into a seamless process. My new porch is beautiful and fully functional. I highly recommend Topaz Remodeling and will gladly use them again for future projects."

"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"I called this company to get a quote for a bathroom remodel. Ben was scheduled to come on site and give me a quote. I felt very comfortable with the quote and Ben. They did a great job on my bathroom finishes and plans a head. I even remodel my kitchen afterwards with them, Ben is very professional and responsive who made this process very easy. I defiantly going to use them again in the future."

"Joe answered my email via phone within a couple hours and came out to the property that day. I had him give me some ideas on a remodel of a smaller home we are thinking of purchasing. We wanted to know our options before placing an offer. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional and full of great insight. He charged $75 to come out and it was worth every penny. If we decide to do buy the home or have any future needs we would definitely hire Joe."

"This company was efficient in their work and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I had a complete bathroom remodel after a water leak and they even did outside stair replacement with handrails to my front door. This company went above and beyond on their customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 because I never knew their intended work schedule and was given a 3 day window with them leaving at noon without telling me if they were coming back after lunch. I didn't realize they were letting the tile set and the grout dry. I would have just liked the heads up for that, otherwise their craftmanship was spot on and their tile work was fantastic in the bathroom. Outside they had to do concrete and post work and those are level, Exceptional job well done for both crews."

"I had a handyman come in a work on my basement only for that guy to cause a leak and never showed up again. Sean was highly recommended by a colleague of mine. We were relieved when Sean and his crew came in to save our basement, it was a torment for my wife. They are top shelf no doubt, I strongly recommend these guys for any type of remodeling. We are definitely looking forward to hire them again for any remodeling services."
