"Thank you for your false review which will be disputed and reported for defamation. Making a false or misleading statement to a public servant is charged as a misdemeanor offense under Washington law. False statement that damages a reputation. False accusations generally considered to be defamation. Also writing FALSE STATEMENT under another persons account or name is a misdemeanor. The personal issue you had with the business owner had absolutely nothing to do with their work. Devin [Consumer Name Removed] (BZR client) signed an official and legal certificate of completion were he stated the work was done properly and circled the rating. BZR HAS NEVER had to go back to redo jobs we have testimonials from each client to prove it, this is also defamation because it's a FALSE STATEMENT. Bzr has over 15 completed jobs with 5 star ratings also references and only one bad rating from a very aggressive client [Consumer Name Removed] F. who by the way was very offensive and aggressive with workers/installers which is why they refused to go back to the property because they were treated HORRIBLY and offended multiple times so BZR had to get another crew to finish the job because they were afraid. We have the texts and videos from the workers showing how late they stayed to work, sometimes even 9pm. We also have videos and texts from workers stating how aggressive [Consumer Name Removed] F was when interacting with them. We believe in " Client is ALWAYS right" but this is not the case. We don't recommend business owners or other company to work for the Fludd household as they are "professional clients" who will hurt your business in order to receive DISCOUNT for services. BZR was asked to step in the house by a woman who is not relevant to the contract BZR had with client, this woman asked directly three times " How are you going to solve this problem?" BZR replied " By doing our best", once again this woman asks " No I mean how are you going to make them "happy"?... BZR replied " By making sure my guys don't leave and face time me to get approval from client they liked the job" ONCE again she says "WHAT KIND OF DISCOUNT WILL YOU GIVE THEM" .. at that time they owed us $10,000.00 and were not wiling to pay. When BZR declined the discount immediately after they started writing false reviews online. I strongly recommend other companies NOT to provide them service.
