The sub contractors used for electrical and plumbing cut corners in places causing issues and failures in 2024. The electrician tapped into existing wires, over loading the breaker and the water tank connections were not threaded and sealed correctly causing a leak with the expansion tank. Luckily I found good people to do the work and get it done right."

"I contacted Millro Maintenance for remodeling projects at my property and decided to hire them after reviewing their job proposal and costs. I paid the deposit promptly; however, upon reviewing the written contract, I discovered significant discrepancies in our agreement. For example, we had agreed to install tiles on the bathroom floor, but the contractor later claimed that the tiles were not included. The contractor stated he would not proceed with the job as stated in the contract, and I concurred. Consequently, the job never started, and the contract was canceled on the same day the deposit was paid. I formally requested a full refund of my deposit, to which the contractor agreed. However, when I inquired about the timeline for the refund, he responded, "When I get to it." This delay is unacceptable, and I am still waiting for my refund. I demand a full refund of $2,500 without further delay. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter."
