That knocked out my greenhouse circuit, costing me about half my plants. Drywall went up before these issues were caught. Management: I was told a manager would be on site every other day. I saw one once. Communication went quiet after payments cleared. After a nearly two-hour milestone meeting, they requested payment early and disputed the terms. Quality: The shower door didn't fit because the base had a non-standard 2.5" threshold. The replacement failed after a week. Bottom line: The craftsmanship is there, but the homeowner has to catch the mistakes. If you hire Topaz, be prepared to manage closely and inspect everything before paying."
