Gone for hour and 1/2 by the time I returned he was gone so didnt get a picture to sign off placement. Three weeks later strong winds blew off flashing. Attempted to contact Simon 2-3 times and still no reponse from him. I have done roofing before and know flashing has to be secured. I cannot send pictures no way of getting on the roof. "Now remodeling came out to give me a free quote. Their tech and salesman Tyler originally had a span of gutters over 35 ft with one down style and a second set that had a downspout which would have ended up putting my walkway and driveway. He was extremely pushy in demanding a down payment in order for me to secure the lowest price. I mention that I wasn't ready for gutters and still had my house to paint. We came to an agreement that I would contact them when I was done painting, give them my gutter color choice and schedule a date for installation. After finishing the house paint I contacted a gutter company for a second quote. I decided to go with this more detailed and thorough quote. I contacted now remodeling to inform them I wanted to cancel my contract. Tyler informed me that I was not entitled to any of my down payment back. He claimed additional work was done that had not been done, this included work done in my free estimate. He breached his contract and falsified information to collect more than the 15% they were entitled to. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service."
