It's safe to say we're pretty good at what we do. We're a corporation that has been in business 15 years and carries a 2 million dollar insurance policy. All company's claim they are insured but some aren't. As a homeowner to protect yourself please ask any company doing work on your property to see their insurance.

They were power washing an apartment complex we live in, when asked if they could temporarily work on another unit of the building so we could leave for our appointment without getting wet we were yelled profanities at They refused to move and continued to water while even we attempted to get out of our garage which was impossible due to the limited space we have in our parking lot. They also had an altercation with an elderly resident who was concerned.

"We have been contracted by the property manager of Bentley Apartments to do the pressure washing for several of the apartment complex locations. The apartment manager gave all of the tenants (Including [Member Name Removed]) the standard 48 hour notice of the work that was going to be completed at the Selkirk location. On 27JUL we went to do the cleaning for the apartment complex [Member Name Removed] lives in. We started on the building and she opened the window and yelled “go do another area I need to leave” My Tech said “its ok you can come out we won’t spray you” she continued to be unreasonable and harass our employee. As she came out to get in her car she stated “ I’m going to hit you with my car.” As she went to pull out she swerved to get close to one of our employees in an attempt to hit him and crashed her car into the edge of their garage. We have this all documented on the police report. Our Main Technician called the police. They came and took a formal complaint. The complaint can be found as case # 2020-20129390. Later that day we received a voice mail from [Member Name Removed]’s father and in the voice mail he left (which I have recorded) He states “even if someone antagonizes them they shouldn't loose their cool.” Even her father could clearly see she was being rude. [Member Name Removed] seems to have a track record of this type of behavior. We strive to keep our customers happy and be accommodating but some people are impossible to satisfy. The crazy part about this, she wasn’t even a client. She’s just lives in the Apartment Complex we were hired to clean. It really isn't fair to receive this review from her and threats of all her family leaving us a bad review, but the world isn't always fair. Luckily we have dozens of other happy customers to paint a different story about our company. If [Member Name Removed] or any of her family members continue to defame our company we will be forced to take legal action. 2048"

Worst experience ever! Two thumbs down. Terrible job cleaning the windows, terrible customer service, unorganized and unresponsive!! Not only did the crew do a terrible job cleaning my windows (streaks, drips, smudges), but they were very unorganized (went to the wrong house, came to the appointment at the wrong time) and didn’t bother to call me back when I complained. The crew even went so far as to lie about a “construction cleanup” conversation that never happened! Finally the next day, Justin Mock, the owner, called me back. Shockingly, he was the worst of them all deal with! There is truly no question why this company is infested with negativity and awful customer service. I was upset about the terrible service I received from the crew and his office staff alike. He was defensive only wanted to make excuses. And just plain mean. The conversation ended with him telling me they wouldn’t charge me (I already put a stop payment on the check because they wouldn’t respond to me!). I didn’t ask for a freebie, I asked for clean windows and at the cost of $8/pane I would expect them to have no streaks or drips. I will never do business with them again and I recommend you stay FAR AWAY from this company and it’s awful employees.

Last year we had A Pane in the Glass clean the exterior of our windows and screens and they did an excellent job. They called me this year at around the same time I hired them last year to see if I would like to schedule another cleaning. I booked them and they again did an excellent job. Very reasonably priced and the service technicians are personable and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

"Hello [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. However part of your review about the pricing being extremely high caused me to take a look into your account. The price we quoted over the phone was $203 based on the window count you gave us. Normal protocol for our business, once we show up we confirm the count. The count of windows you have were much higher than the count you gave us. 50 window panes and 14 screens would normally be higher than the $345 we charged. I'm sorry you aren't happy about the price but all of our pricing is very transparent. Thank you for your business!!"

Did good job with gutters and most of the needles. Several areas on roof where pipes and vents and one side of chimney didn't get cleaned.

The laundry room window & basement windows were not cleaned. Yet they cleaned 3 windows on the detached garage - which were not requested, have a special film on them that requires special cleaning solution. The 2 upper level windows were cleaned but not the screens. I got the same work done last year by a door to door cleaner for 1/3 the price. coupon

"[Member Name Removed], While giving you the estimate over the phone you said you had 3 panes that had a film on them that you did not want done. I asked if you would be home to point out what panes it was you did not want them to do and you said "oh yes I'll be here". You were home during the cleaning and even had the guys come inside and do 5 panes that were additional and were not even on the work order. I never got a phone call from you stating that there was an issue with the service we did for you over 2 months ago. I'm sorry you did not follow through with explaining what you wanted done when our tech's arrived. Yes, door to door guys can offer the service for 1/3 of the price because they do not carry the insurance that we do and if that is a chance you are willing to take then you should go with them from now on."

Excellent, they were on time and got right to work. We've used A Pane In The Glass on two other occasions. They always do a great job. Attention to detail is amazing. It should be noted that our home is large, with Windows at high elevations. Not a problem for them. Really happy with the finished product.

They made their price estimate by taking a look at our property on Google Earth, which seems to be the new thing locally at least. They gave us a price and a day. They then called to schedule more precisely, showed up on time with nice guys who got onto the roof and worked from up there, NOT ladders everywhere and NO shower of debris into flower beds, as some cleaners have done. There is a price for just cleaning and a price for cleaning and bagging. We had them remove Gutter Guard strips, which were more of a bed for plants sprouting---toss those, clean the gutters, and bag the dirt and leaves. The job was immaculate, no disruption of our work, no problems, just a couple of neat bags set beside the flower bed, and they must have blown the pine needles off the roof besides, because it's clean as can be. The price was exactly as agreed.

We had Pane in the Glass return again this year because they were so efficient, friendly and good at their job last year. They were fast and did a great job- so much so that we've had three birds fly into the windows thinking they were a window free fly-zone!! We were not disappointed and had the same great service this year. These young men, in addition to being good at what they do, were personable and friendly. We will have them back again next year.

The first appointment they no-showed due to illness and an office miscommunication meant we weren't informed. Quickly rescheduled but the new date didn't work for us. Rescheduled again, but our plans changed.During this confusion our interactions were always polite, professional, friendly. They returned all of my calls promptly. Finally got it done a few months later and they remembered me and the problems specific to our windows as well as the price they quoted before. They were perfectly on time. I hadn't had our windows professionally washed in the seven years we've lived here and they were able to perfectly remove 7 years of built up hard water stains. Very impressive. Our house is three stories high on one side and they were able to perfectly clean the second and third story windows, on ladders, in the rain and thunder! Very impressed with the job they did when it finally worked out.

I just had A Pane in the Glass out to clean our windows and yet again I was blown away by the customer service, Sean was on time, courteous and did an amazing job on our windows and screens. The hard water treatment on our slider doors came out better than expected and now we can see through them once again. Thank’s again we will see you next year and we will surely be recommending their services to everyone I know who has windows.

They showed up on time, were up on the roof and everything cleaned out and neatly bagged in no time flat. The guy was super helpful on the phone giving me a rough estimate based on satellite pictures and also giving me the options and letting me know that one of them was probably not worth it (the most expensive by the way.) We selected to get rid of our bags rather than have them haul them off which was no issue. Really nice guys and discovered they'd worked for my family up north as well. I'd hire them again in a minute.
