It's safe to say we're pretty good at what we do. We're a corporation that has been in business 15 years and carries a 2 million dollar insurance policy. All company's claim they are insured but some aren't. As a homeowner to protect yourself please ask any company doing work on your property to see their insurance.

"We have been contracted by the property manager of Bentley Apartments to do the pressure washing for several of the apartment complex locations. The apartment manager gave all of the tenants (Including [Member Name Removed]) the standard 48 hour notice of the work that was going to be completed at the Selkirk location. On 27JUL we went to do the cleaning for the apartment complex [Member Name Removed] lives in. We started on the building and she opened the window and yelled “go do another area I need to leave” My Tech said “its ok you can come out we won’t spray you” she continued to be unreasonable and harass our employee. As she came out to get in her car she stated “ I’m going to hit you with my car.” As she went to pull out she swerved to get close to one of our employees in an attempt to hit him and crashed her car into the edge of their garage. We have this all documented on the police report. Our Main Technician called the police. They came and took a formal complaint. The complaint can be found as case # 2020-20129390. Later that day we received a voice mail from [Member Name Removed]’s father and in the voice mail he left (which I have recorded) He states “even if someone antagonizes them they shouldn't loose their cool.” Even her father could clearly see she was being rude. [Member Name Removed] seems to have a track record of this type of behavior. We strive to keep our customers happy and be accommodating but some people are impossible to satisfy. The crazy part about this, she wasn’t even a client. She’s just lives in the Apartment Complex we were hired to clean. It really isn't fair to receive this review from her and threats of all her family leaving us a bad review, but the world isn't always fair. Luckily we have dozens of other happy customers to paint a different story about our company. If [Member Name Removed] or any of her family members continue to defame our company we will be forced to take legal action. 2048"
"Hello [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. However part of your review about the pricing being extremely high caused me to take a look into your account. The price we quoted over the phone was $203 based on the window count you gave us. Normal protocol for our business, once we show up we confirm the count. The count of windows you have were much higher than the count you gave us. 50 window panes and 14 screens would normally be higher than the $345 we charged. I'm sorry you aren't happy about the price but all of our pricing is very transparent. Thank you for your business!!"

"[Member Name Removed], While giving you the estimate over the phone you said you had 3 panes that had a film on them that you did not want done. I asked if you would be home to point out what panes it was you did not want them to do and you said "oh yes I'll be here". You were home during the cleaning and even had the guys come inside and do 5 panes that were additional and were not even on the work order. I never got a phone call from you stating that there was an issue with the service we did for you over 2 months ago. I'm sorry you did not follow through with explaining what you wanted done when our tech's arrived. Yes, door to door guys can offer the service for 1/3 of the price because they do not carry the insurance that we do and if that is a chance you are willing to take then you should go with them from now on."

I just had A Pane in the Glass out to clean our windows and yet again I was blown away by the customer service, Sean was on time, courteous and did an amazing job on our windows and screens. The hard water treatment on our slider doors came out better than expected and now we can see through them once again. Thank’s again we will see you next year and we will surely be recommending their services to everyone I know who has windows.
