On the initial appointment, it seemed like he was finding every little fault with my house that he could. My house is far from perfect, but it felt like his first visit was more of a home inspection than an estimate to install doors. I appreciate him making me aware of these issues, but it came across like he wanted more business by addressing the repairs he outlined. Gary ran into problems with the two doors, but he was able to make it work given the situation. The price was very expensive for the work that was done. With everything considered, I will take my business elsewhere with future projects."
