Both have excellent communication skills & did an exceptional job putting a recliner together shipped in a box. They removed tge old recliner as quoted in the price. The place was left cleaned up. "Ken is AWESOME! He was the Only one who responded to my need. It was Thanksgiving day and my kitten had already spent a day and a night stuck high in a tree and afraid to get back down. It was such a cold night I couldnt have her go through another! And thats exactly what Ken said too when he read my need. He was at my house within 30 minutes Thanksgiving day. He was sharing it with his loved ones at the time I messaged him so he let me know he would say his goodbyes and be on his way. He showed up, ready to rescue and I was so happy to see him! I really didnt know what I would have done otherwise! He is such a good hearted man, making sure he had a treat for the kitten when he got to her and then putting her inside his coat, for warmth, as he climbed down the ladder. When it got time to pay, he smiled and told me Happy Thanksgiving. WOW! I think anyone else would have charged extra because it was a holiday!
