"I installed a generator and transfer switch in my home, but ran into trouble during startup and called Washington Generators for assistance. Kurt came out and diagnosed the situation as part warranty, part installation error. My compliments to Kurt for his efforts to work with Generac in getting replacement parts as part of the switch warranty. However the replacement parts took a couple of weeks for Generac to deliver, coupled with holidays meant that I was without backup power for over a month. During this time I was trying to schedule a follow up appointment with Eric Johnson through an email chain. This review would be an A instead of a B if Eric had been forthcoming and identified himself as the owner, which he is per state records, instead of being cagey and saying he was the supervisor for generator service."
