They did an outstanding job – they were punctual, everything was done so neatly (see the photos), and they left the surrounding area in clean and perfect condition for new grass to start growing (where sod had previously been removed). Both employees were polite, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with! I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing drainage work and would hire them again!"

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington and am a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and licensed in Washington State. My expertise covers all aspects of Landscape Architecture from residential and campus design, urban planning to parks, public art, commercial spaces, and planned communities. "Quan and his team showed up on time and worked steadily. The yard clean-up was well done, some pruning was OK, and they finished in about 4 hours. Beauty bark (supposedly 10 yards) was so lightly spread you could expose underlying soil with a gently scuff. Not sure we actually got all the beauty bark we paid for. The overall price seemed exorbitant for the time spent (that's due to our own naivety). For that reason, my wife says we won't use them again."

Hourly billings may be appropriate for small, quick projects ($500-$3000), depending on customer needs and are situational. I had a problem with a property line brushing one of my homes and CSI prepared a boundary line adjustment to correct this problem. The established all of the points on my property I needed in a businesslike and prompt manner."
