"I get a ball park estimate for cleaning one chimney in a single story house (150$), then the technician comes, starts with 429$ for basic cleaning, then finds ?a lot of issues ? with the chimney, and gives an estimate of 12k! Technician did not use any probe, or even flashlight to check the chimney, only the phone flashlight! Overall, overpriced, not tidy or high quality service, and lacks transparency with the pricing.
