"We met Alex of Anyvision Home Remodeling during the initial consultation for our home project. We chose Anyvision right then because of Alex's presentation and his vision of how the project will get along. The main project was to upgrade the kitchen and the entire main floor areas. Along the progress, they found more damages or issues that probably caused by the old roofing. So, the project got extended to have new roofing, siding and dry wall. But it was all at peace of mind knowing that Anyvision will take care of all the issues. The crew was nice, kind and respectful. They cleaned the areas before they left for the day. Alex always informed us what’s to be done for the day, time the crew will come in and videos of the day’s job. Any concerns we had during and after the project were all addressed in a timely manner. Thank you to Alex and his crew for a wonderful job! We are very happy, grateful and satisfied of the service provided by Anyvision Home Remodeling."

"A+, This is what I’d rate RT Total Lawn Care - Rafael Torres and his outstanding team. For good reasons, this is my 3rd time using RT Total Lawn Care. I must admit, when I initially identified this job to sand and refinish my rear wood deck, I didn’t think of contacting Rafael. Then I recalled how he and his team previously did an excellent job relocating my wood rear fence several years ago, and years later they redid some of my front yard’s lot-line. To be specific – RT Total Lawn Care’s pricing was competitive (not necessarily the cheapest nor the highest), very responsive (scheduled and showed up next day to provide me with a written estimate), started work on-time one day later, his team worked the weekend too (I needed to get the job done before a specific date), they didn’t simply put new Trex decking onto any discovered structural issues – but they corrected them and reinforced them. Without reservation, I’d highly recommend and consider using RT Total Lawn Care again."

"I don't even think I need to add words for you to see how happy I am with this project. I mean just look at it!! I had a vague vision of what I wanted and Matthew from Rainier Ridge made it a reality. I have nothing bad to say about the outcome or the overall experience. I cant go outside now without everyone who passes telling me how amazing it looks. About a year ago I contacted a few contractors for just the deck and it was almost the same price for all of this. My father was a construction foreman with the Seattle Union most of his life so of course he had to check out the work after and he said the work was amazing. Matt also knew I didn't know much about construction but made sure I was always in the loop and understood what they were doing and why. If there was a change or recommendation he would ask and detail the extra charges if I wanted to but never pressured me. New projects like this can be so intimidating but it honestly couldn't have gone any better or easier. "

"We signed with Evergreen for a new roof. Our salesperson, Sam Garfied is very experienced as a roofer and had all the answers to our questions. We had spoken to other roofing salespersons and Sam took the time to find out exactly what we are looking for and didn't push us. He offered just what we want. I am looking forward to having the roof installed"

"Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience having our house re-sided with Planet Builders. Things started out well, Marcio and crew are very friendly and easy to talk to, but what was originally quoted as a ?4 week project? became a 3 month project. After the first week, they would only appear after repeated texting asking when they were coming back - and then they would be there and work for a couple days and then disappear again. They started in April and by the time they were finished, we were told it was too late into fall to paint. :( Also, they replaced a couple windows as part of the siding job and did a lot of damage to the inside of the house that we had to have repaired. The siders also covered over our fully functioning attic fan! We could not figure out why our house was so hot- and my husband went outside and said where the vent for the attic?! (It was under the siding). I complained to Marcio about the delays and the damage and he gave me $500 back (from a $30k project). Marcio was so nice, I wish the construction experience had been nice too!"

"Started out fine should of noticed some signs of his Deceptive Business Practices. â  ï¸ Watch out dishonest holds back Crucial information! Uses Deceptive business practices â  ï¸ he laughed at me after he had me demolition my house and revealed only after he thought the demolition was completed he then revealed the actual cost and said he knew about it withheld it from me. He also withheld the full blueprint plans lied about costs and lied to the attorney general about the project. He even emphasized that he should not be laughing at me because I did not react and sat there in shock that he was a bad person this whole time. And told me I would have to pay the extra cost now for him withheld crucial information. Save yourself the pain of using a horrible contractor and look somewhere else. Aka he stole $14+k and damages +$100,000."
