"We requested 3 quotes for this work and SOS Crawlspace was the lowest bid.  The bid was to include removal of rodent infested insulation in the crawl space, to block all potential entry points, install new insulation and build a new crawl space door.  I initially spoke to Daniel who came out the next day to provide a quote.  I subsequently got two additional quotes but SOS was the lowest so we went forward with SOS.  They showed up on time to perform the removal of old insulation.  The infestation was really bad but they cleaned up everything extremely well.  Then they performed the exclusion work to find and block all entry points.  We then waited a few weeks to make sure the rodents were all gone.  They came back and installed the new insulation in a clean and professional manner.  While doing this work they also made sure all the ducting was tightly strung to the joists and not hanging down.  Everything was done promptly, professionally and with excellent quality.  I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. "I was able to schedule this job with Puget Sound Gas within two weeks. It was very important that I get the repair done within a month in order to have a new gas range delivered and installed. Neal and Matt arrived on time and analyzed the job. Because the natural gas pipe came up from the basement through the kitchen floor, access to the gas pipe was limited. After some discussion, Matt secured the gas pipe in the basement while Neal removed the existing fitting. Neal then used a Saws-All to cut out a small section of the tile and underlying Hardy board around the gas pipe to allow him to move the gas pipe closer to the wall. Once the gas pipe was moved, Neal put a new fitting on the line and checked for leaks before completing the job. Neal and Matt were friendly, cordial, skillful and very neat. The company has a two hour minimum for each job and this job took about 90 minutes.

"I have a rental house and the tenants had just moved out with numerous stains in the carpet and a completely foul urine smell from the dog that peed throughout the house.  The grout in my tile floors was also black.  Carpet Police was highly recommended from a neighbor who had just gone through the same situation.  I called them and they had a very quick response in returning my initial call and came out the very next day.  The two guys that came out were prompt and even gave me a courtesy call a few min before they arrived to let me know they were on their way.  They were very nice, professional and knowledgable.  They initially were going to clean the grout that day, but after talking with the guys decided to wait untiI after the painter in case he splashed any paint on the tile so they could clean that up as well.  I was their last stop and it was at the end of the day, I asked them if they could clean the grout in my house next door and they didn't hesitate. My grout looks beautiful and like new.  I also had them seal it while they were here.  I decided to replace the carpet instead of trying to clean it because it was so foul smelling from the previous tenants dog.  I had picked out my carpet sample from a local store and was set on that exact carpet because I had already matched the paint that was going in to the carpet swatch.  They went out the next day on a carpet hunt and were able to find the same carpet at a slightly cheaper price.  They set it up and all I had to do was call the vendor and pay for the carpet.  I had them haul out the old carpet, they had to replace some soiled tack strips, they treated the floorboards, and sealed the concrete underneath to prevent any urine smell from coming back up and then installed the new carpet.  They did a wonderful job.  The carpet looks great and most importantly...the urine smell is completely gone.  The black grout is now clean and looks new.  I was on a pretty tight timeline with painters, cleaning, repairs and replacing carpet so I could get the new tenants to move in quickly and they were able to accommodate me without any hesitation.  I even have a few days to spare. ;)   Everyone I dealt with was so nice and professional, they made it one less thing to worry about.  I will be using their services in the future and highly recommend them.

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
