"Jason Doran is currently operating on a suspended CCB license #147440. He appears to now be running his business under the name of Chimney-Pro (most likely due to the license suspension). There is a reason why he has received numerous 1 star reviews and it is because he is completely incompetent and a p*** poor "con artist." He is not licensed to work in the state of WA but did so toward the end of 2024. We filed a complaint with the WA Dept of Labor and Industries. He is being fined in the amount of $1,200 for this violation. We paid him $2,000 to perform work. He royally f'd up the job. We offered to settle for a refund for $1,000, he declined. We just won a small claim judgment against him in the current amount of $2,496.38. If he continues to avoid this situation, the fees will only increase. Do not hire Master Sweep or Chimney-Pro."

"Matrix Roofing was an excellent choice for replacement of our roof, which was over 22 years old. They were very responsive to questions and contacts by email or telephone. Their bid was competitive. They were knowledgeable about the various materials and processes we needed. They completed the replacement of our roof in 2 days and cleaned up all debris. We were very pleased and recommend them highly."

"From all appearances, the roof looks cleaned and I would assume it go treated for moss. I also had the gutters cleaned and this is where things go wrong. All around the house, the debris from the gutter was left on the ground and not picked up. For the price I paid which I could have this job done much cheaper, there should not have been one bit of gutter debris left on the ground. I mentioned this to the company via email and also to the company's owner, Brad Chisholm but did not receive so much as an apology or acknowledgment of the problem. There was also two yard gates that were closed prior to this work being done and both gates were left open after the job was done. This is the same company that installed my roof several years ago and they could not have a better job. I do not know what happened with their roof cleaning department but I am extremely disappointed in this company's roof cleaning department and the lack of response to my concerns."
