Ramon's company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. "Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!

"Top LIne: Excellent work. Professional. Direct. Prepared. Strong clean-up after the work. Nice people. Force Washing was referred to me by a colleague. Rightly so -- the work, price and approach were tops. Force Washing owner, Dan, and his Team are solid. First, he came over, evaluated the roof and gutters, and provided a written estimate and proposed work date. Second, the Force Washing Team arrived and performed the work to specifications. No messing around -- they are pros. They have the ladders, harnesses, cleaning tools, and knowledge. Their Team cleaned up all the roof and gutter leaves and moss; added mesh grates and also took care of issues with seals on roof (old seals from chimneys, etc.). They are very knowledgeable. Kept me updated on the old/new cleaning with images, etc.., and it's clear they know what they're doing on roofs (including repair and installation of new roofing). Strongly recommended. And yes, I have them scheduled for next year. Hey -- if you wait for the rainy season, you'll probably have to get in line. Best to book this work now while they have some openings on their calendar."

We actually added a downspout to the existing gutters. They were good at finding a remedy to the problem. They were very prompt."

"Nikk, the contractor, pressure washed the house, scraped the wood of peeling and bubbling paint. caulked and applied 2 coats of premium paint on house and trim. In prepping he carefully masked window, was careful of my plants, and he was also careful of the neighbors vehicle sitting in driveway by protecting it with a tarp. We had rain during the painting which caused brief stops until weather cleared. Nikk brought in a crew to complete the job in a timely manner. A detail oriented person. He also cleaned my gutters including flushing downspouts for a reasonable price."
