The other companies bids were equal in cost but for less quality/warranty or they just never showed up to do the bid. RROC Exteriors -specifically the owner Matt impressed me in so many ways! His approach to customer service is exactly what we all should want in a contractor- direct, caring and compassionate (no sugar coating fluff or hidden things in bids), top notch quality products offered, extensive explanation about the products and a follow-up that shows that he cares about the homeowner and the credibility of his company! When the crew came out to do the roof, they were punctual, respectful and very hard working!
