We've earned over 2500+ 5 Star Reviews to date and counting. We can do Sewer Scopes as well. We provide a Full Color Report with over 200+ Pictures included in the report. We go into the attic and crawlspaces and can drone even the steepest and highest roofs. We are here to HELP you, not just perform some boilerplate Home Inspection. Tell us how we can help and we can adjust to your needs, no prob. We also use Thermal Imaging cameras and check for Mold and Asbestos, etc. (Small trip fee if we need to drive over 50 miles, but we'll come to you, no prob)

"We bought the house which was inspected by Titan, and it was done by seller so we were not present. Jaime’s inspection report was very very thorough and really helpful as a buyer. They are very sincere and serious about their job and it shows in their work and commitment to their customers. They don’t miss a tiniest spot and they go above and beyond in satisfying their customer and resolving their queries. I really appreciate their commitment and thoroughness."

"Vincent Gutscher and his team from Vets Electric Company did a wonderful job. They were highly professional, on time, very careful with their work (which was a tough job), and honest with what they charged. I felt very comfortable with what they did. I am a vet and received the promised service. Their price was honest and worth every penny. If you plan to hire an electrician it will be worth it for you to give them a call. My family and I will stay with them. Edward"

Buying a home is an exciting and complex achievement. In order to have a positive purchase experience and feel successful at the time of sale of your property you need to have the right information up front. That is how I can help you and contribute to your success. Home construction is something I am passionate about; I chose to work in this industry because it is always interesting. After 25 years of experience in home construction I have encountered all kinds of imaginative and crazy homes. Now I want you to benefit from what I have learned. As a Certified Home Inspector I will provide you with an inspection report and summary of construction related and safety issues with photos and narratives. My professional home inspection is a visual non-invasive check of all the systems and components of a home. I inspect the plumbing and electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, windows and doors, built in appliances, water drainage, decks, crawl space, garage, exterior, interior, structural components, roof, insulation and ventilation. Along with other experts in the field of real estate, I have the knowledge, experience and resources to give you the information you need to help insure a property you like is a good fit for you.

Home Inspection questions, answered by experts

Yes. If a home inspection reveals that the property has major issues or is unsafe, the buyer can back out of the purchase.

For real estate transactions in most states, it is up to the buyer to pay for a home inspector to conduct a home inspection. With the buyer footing the bill, it allows them to choose an inspector they trust to conduct the inspection and review the report themselves to note any major and minor issues.

The difference between an energy auditor and a home inspector is primarily in the purpose of the inspection. The energy auditor conducts tests in your home to determine the energy efficiency levels in areas like windows, insulation, and doorways. The auditor then makes recommendations for ways to improve a home’s energy efficiency

A home inspector examines various structures of your home to determine that everything is up to code and gauge the condition of features like the roof, foundation, HVAC, and electrical. The home inspector reports on the overall home and makes repair recommendations.

Any good contract company will do their own post-work inspection and walkthrough with their clients, but you shouldn’t consider these a replacement for a third-party pre-drywall inspection. Even a small mistake or oversight can lead to big issues down the line. Having an objective, neutral professional perform the inspection will help to make sure nothing goes overlooked.

Failing to open your flue can lead to serious health hazards if you start a fire because the smoke will back up into your home. Breathing fire smoke, even in relatively small quantities, is bad for human lungs, and smoke can also irritate your nasal passages and eyes. Furthermore, smoke can cause damage to your interior fixtures and furnishings, at the very least leaving an unpleasant smoky smell for a long time. In short: If your flue isn’t open (or you’re not sure if it is or not), don’t start a fire to find out!
