As a Certified Home Inspector I will provide you with an inspection report and summary of construction related and safety issues with photos and narratives. My professional home inspection is a visual non-invasive check of all the systems and components of a home. I inspect the plumbing and electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, windows and doors, built in appliances, water drainage, decks, crawl space, garage, exterior, interior, structural components, roof, insulation and ventilation. Along with other experts in the field of real estate, I have the knowledge, experience and resources to give you the information you need to help insure a property you like is a good fit for you.
