I highly recommend Olympus flooring. They were very prompt and professional from beginning to end for my carpet installation. In the beginning, i explained to them my objectives and concerns with certain areas of my house. They listened to what I had to say and provided effective resolutions. The installation went smooth and they did a good and clean job. For my future carpet needs I'll be going to them.

Initially, very enthusiastic and willing to take the project however after an initial review of the project, this vendor would not respond to text messages and not communicate despite my insistence that he would lose the opportunity if he does not respond by the end of Sunday night 1/24. I asked if he cannot do the complete estimate on Monday 1/25 (since he did not find the crawl in space point of entry on Friday 1/23), when can he go; he said he does not know! What? I asked when can he do so that week. There was no further communication. I gave up after 3-4 hours thinking he may have run out of cell phone battery charge. I am disappointed as he had a 5-star rating and asked him to do my carpeting as well as the damaged hardwood floor area.

Zeus, Carlos and the whole team saved us! After we tried installing vinyl flooring ourselves, we realized the project was way too big. Zeus was able to get his crew in the next day, and they finished four bedrooms, a media room and an office in two days! They did awesome work, were always on time, very professional. We've already hired them to do the rest of the house!

They came in right at 9am as planned. Took less than 35 minutes and helped me move a big dresser to do the job. Hablan Espanol tambien! Job was clean and fast! 100% recommend.

Zeus and his helper arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do to eliminate the wrinkles. Told me what I could do to help prevent future problems. Excellent work. Fast and cleaned up after completing the job. Could not be happier with their work. I will be using them again.

Zeus was awesome. I didn’t have any spare carpet and he advised me how to work with the distributor. Then he did the patch and you would never know it wasn’t original. Hire him!

Zeus was great to work with, and was very willing to come back to try to fix issues with the final finish on our wood floor, but even after his second try there were still issues. I know he was willing to come back to try to correct those issues, but we were out of time and had to move forward with the rest of our remodel.
