"James and his crew at Cox Custom Remodeling did a great job with our bathroom remodel. Our house was built in 1900 and the nonstandard framing made things more complicated. His lead, Dan was particularly great, taking the extra time to understand components we picked that were new to him. James always had a positive attitude, showed up when he indicated and got things done. Low dust, protection for floors and respect for the rest of the house while the construction was going on. James also provided the best tile guy, Eugene, that did a fantastic job with natural stone and the complicated very fragile mosaic. We would definitely use Cox Custom Remodeling again. "We completed gutted our bathroom and updated everything. Upland did all the demo work and then installed a new shower, tub, toilet, vanity and changed a swing door to a pocket door. Most of the work was satisfactory but they ran into an issue while grouting the shower. They had advised us to use a certain type of grout but they hadn't used it before so they ran into some issues there. Then had to call them back a couple of times to remove grout residue from the tiles which was never completely removed. Also, within the first year we had to re-caulk the tub."
