We have worked together now for over 1.5 years, going through family photos and memorabilia, office filing cabinets, old clothing, electronics, tool boxes, slowly filling boxes of related items and labeling them. She has never at any point made me feel guilty about the state of affairs, or urged me to go faster. There was a lot to process with my sister's estate, and the time has been filled with laughter and talking about horses, dogs and Benaroya Hall. Our highest exterior wall is near 30’ from the ground, but Seattle Paint and Design’s experience and quality were more than up to the challenge. Beautiful masking work on all protected surfaces kept any spray blow back out. Our house is painted with the finest quality paint, no bubbles, cracks, or peeling after 1 year. Their thoroughness with second coats where needed and touch ups provided us with a perfect finish, and our house still looks amazing!"

"It is often said that “good things come to those who wait.” That sentiment accurately describes my experience with IRC Kitchen and Bath. After interviewing and collecting bids from three highly rated contractors, I hired David Hoblea and IRC to do a complete remodel of the three bathrooms in my home. IRC was not the cheapest nor the most expensive of the three but easily seemed to be the most customer focused. I was immediately impressed with David’s detailed questions concerning my project and what I wanted to achieve, which made selecting IRC an easy choice for me. While the project took a lot longer than I anticipated, I am glad I made the choice. Working with Jada, the interior designer was a pleasure and Silvester, Alex and David proved to be not only craftsman of the highest caliber but also perfectionists intently focused on bringing their client’s vision to life. I am very happy with the final result, which exceeded my high expectations. The only downside with my project was the time it took. While I understand that Covid created some backups in the supply chain and that I probably wasn’t the easiest client to work for given my frequent change orders, I don’t believe that the project should have taken the nearly five months that it did to complete. Still, at the end of the day, I am very happy with the result and will likely look to David and IRC for my next project. Recommended."

"Honestly, we have not even reached the halfway point but, I could not be happier with Simplify Experts! Denise was lovely right from the start. I felt almost guilty hiring someone because I have an enormous amount of stuff to sort through but, Denise and my project manager, Amy, have been wonderful and it has been great to purge so much and begin living in our new home in a calmer, more organized way. "Corvus Construction is one in a million! Denis and the crew were responsive and professional at all times. Here are a few examples: 1. The crew showed up for work every day ready to go and prepared with a good attitude. 2. During the day, the crew was considerate of personal property and communicated very well on desires and questions. 3. Before leaving each day they cleaned up the work area as much as possible making certain it was safe for us to use without stepping on something sharp. Also, each day before leaving, the guys asked if we wanted to check their progress and answer any questions we may have had. Denis runs the crew with a tight rein and keeps track of everything about to happen in the expected order. There was never a time when we were uncertain of the progress expected and all questions were answered promptly. Any new issues were resolved without delay. Making this team even more exceptional, Denis went above and beyond to help us figure out another problem we were experiencing outside of the contracted job. We did what he suggested saving us even more stress, time, and money. Besides the carpenters being on point, accurate, and amazing, the tile expert created a work of art we are very proud of and will enjoy for the rest of our lives. "Curtis and Reid were phenomenal from start to finish. Curtis’s communication was always prompt and he always arrived when he said he would. We had a large Rotting deck that had to be removed along with the siding it was attached to. Curtis investigated everything for additional rot and remediate what he could while replacing what needed to be. He did his best on being mindful of our budget by replacing only what needed replacement where other companies were wanting to do a lot of reframing. They then reframed a window for a sliding glass door, put in new insulation and plywood, new trim and then installed new hardieboard on two sides of the house to match the cedar we already had on the other two. Our front steps and porch also had to be replaced due to rot. They demoed them and framed a new, larger to landing. Reid then built the new steps out of trex. They turned out really great, as did all the other work. We’re really happy with Everything. Curtis and Reid were always professional, respectful and mindful of our budget. I also thought his quote was very reasonable and they came in within a few hundred dollars of it. We couldn’t have been happier with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to hire Curtis again for any future work we need done."
