Carol was a complete delight from the beginning, she tackled three huge estate down-sizings, a kitchen remodel project that had already spanned three years thanks to covid, and my garage, which was full of spillovers from the remodeling. When she saw my garage, instead of turning a whiter shade of pale, she said "I love doing garages!!" I knew I had been blessed with an exceptional person. We have worked together now for over 1.5 years, going through family photos and memorabilia, office filing cabinets, old clothing, electronics, tool boxes, slowly filling boxes of related items and labeling them. She has never at any point made me feel guilty about the state of affairs, or urged me to go faster. There was a lot to process with my sister's estate, and the time has been filled with laughter and talking about horses, dogs and Benaroya Hall. Speaking of dogs, she has handled my extremely rambunctious big dog without fear, just calm. I'll absolutely continue working with Carol.

I would give Carol 100 stars if I could. She is the absolute best. After injuries, depression, and life in general happened, I let my house get cluttered. Carol came in with no judgement, she made me feel validated, and said she was able to help. And she did. We made an appointment and she came in and by the end of the day, the house felt so much better. I will definitely be reaching out to her again as I continue moving forward with projects on my house. She is the absolute best.

Carol is very patient and is excellent at helping to organize papers in a way that makes things easy to find. She helped me know what I should keep and what I could part with. She helped organize my office, my garage and all my closets! I am waiting for some closer organizers and office furniture to be delivered and then I will be hiring her again to help put everything away in its right space! Moving from Seattle to Atlanta after 20 years in a home is a huge feat. Carol was absolutely amazing and her attention to detail in packing and unpacking process was outstanding over the several days it took. For example, it never would have dawned on me to ensure that all sides of the boxes were labeled so that I could see the list in case the movers didn't load with one side that listed the items facing outward. Our move involved many phases: 1) packing the items to be put into the garage so our house could be staged, 2) then packing the remaining items once the house sold, and 3) overseeing the loading of our 2 PODS and 4) overseeing the transporting of items to the dump or charities for donation. Carol was very well organized, thorough and provided suggestions and resources I had not considered. This is the 2nd house Carol has moved me in and out of and I can't say enough about her! I HIGHLY recommend her.

It went great. Carol saved my sanity. She was very flexible and patient. Carol quickly sorted through 37 years of treasures and memories at our home that we sold. It was amazing to see her get on a ladder in the garage to sort through storage boxes and move heavy objects and bins around like Wonder Woman. She also help us get settled in a temporary apartment....and again later when the new home was ready.

Carol is the best new family member you'll invite into your home and life. She is that supportive, that caring, and that amazing at what she does. I was planning to fly home for a week to help my aging mother start to downsize in preparation to move out of the home our family had lived in for over 3 decades. Since we only had limited time together, I wanted someone to help us be efficient and advise us on how to progress in such an overwhelming task. Carol drove out to meet my mom and size up the project before I got there, and immediately set us both at ease. (I had been stressed out about the feasibility of it, and about making sure my mom felt good about the decisions she needed to make in a short amount of time. Her email communication with me assured me immediately of her insight and ability to handle the situation.) She arranged a day with just my mom to start on her filing situation before I arrived and get her moving on the process before I arrived. Carol is both warm and understanding of how emotional de-cluttering and organizing can be, and yet also direct enough to keep two very ADD people (my mom and I) on task. She worked with us, tirelessly, for 5 days straight. Even over the weekend. We cleaned out an entire attic, a full car-space of a 3-car garage, and a very full guest bedroom. And began on the office space in which it was impossible to walk without stepping over papers or boxes. Why didn't I think to take before and after pictures!?!?! Even if I had, it wouldn't adequately show the amount of difference we made. But at no point did it feel unmanageable with Carol around. She is entirely non-judgmental and supportive of wherever a person is at in their de-cluttering process. Her patience was boundless, even when working around a person with Alzheimers. She was infinitely helpful in offering perspective on difficult decisions, and also did a ton of leg work: from carrying boxes down from the attic to taking truck-loads of things to thrift stores. She is also very well-connected: she knew who to call for every question/need we had that she couldn't address herself. She provided direction when ours faltered, worked independently when appropriate, and listened attentively to us to not only hear what we were directly asking for, but also for the underlying current of what we needed. Sometimes, that was an encouraging word to keep going, sometimes it was packing a box, and once it was just handing me a box of tissues and a sandwich so I could recover from a particularly challenging box of memories. My mom is continuing to work with her, and will until she's packed and ready to move into a smaller house. I am so relieved that I can rely on Carol to help her. She really does feel like part of the family. I can't speak highly enough of her.

Carol was wonderful. She is cheerful, energetic and got a LOT done. She packed approximately 20 boxes, and provided a complete detailed list of the numbered boxes and their contents. This made my life much easier later on, when I needed to find specific items. She also hauled stuff to the dump, to Value Village, and to my storage facility. It was a huge relief to have this chore taken care of. It was well worth the expense, because she accomplished so much in one day. I would absolutely hire her again.

My kid’s playroom is the bane of my housekeeping existence. I am not the greatest organizer anyway but the sheer number of moving parts and the need to keep pieces together overwhelms me in this area. I decided it was time to call in some outside help. I have never hired a professional organizer before so I had no idea what to expect. Carol called within a few hours of my email and came out a few days later to size up the project. I was shocked to hear she thought we could tackle it in 4 hours. I have burned whole Sundays and only got the project half done! But she was good on her word. I didn’t necessarily think there was anything special about her organizing techniques but she is much more efficient at it than I am. What I appreciated most was her doing all the associated running around – she brought all the containers she thought we might need and returned anything that wasn’t used to Fred Meyer, and she took old toys to a donation center for me. Her hourly rate isn’t what I would consider cheap, but not charging for those trips makes it a good value overall. I am totally happy with the results.

Fantastic!! Carol has worked with me since 1998 and she never ceases to amaze me! No matter what task I come up with, she is always willing to take it on. And make it an enjoyable experience for me. We, she mostly, took on an entire project of "downsizing" sorting and disposal of 30 years of papers, art supplies, photos, memorabilia, and more. A huge task that I had put off for far too long. She kept me on task and focused when I wandered off on tangents. (Without her I would get mentally lost in thought and overwhelmed). She also worked alone to consolidate the many boxes of items, so when I began going through them the boxes are neat and way more organized than they had been. I could easily see what I had and decide what to do with it. She has great ideas for organization and labeling. Now I can find boxes right away when needed. (In the past she redid all my Halloween and Christmas decoration.) In addition to this major project, I had her organize my closet: changing out seasonal clothes and getting some items ready for donation. I also had her run errands to stores for purchase (and return) of items; mail packages at UPS and pick up dry cleaning. She helped me get ready for maintenance of our second home which is out of state. She helps me organize my papers and ship boxes that I need to take back and forth. I would highly recommend Carol to anyone who is in need of an energetic, cheerful and professional assistant. She can get it all done and still, amazingly, make it fun!!

Carol is a godsend. I'm a bit of a packrat, and needed help purging and packing to get my house ready to sell. She was ready for whatever I needed help with, including gentle nudges during purging. She even mended a dress!
She packed up a lot of boxes for me, jotting down in a notebook the box number and contents before it went to storage. This has been invaluable when I've needed to retrieve a couple of things from storage; I knew right where to find them.
She'll haul loads to thrift stores, storage units and the dump. 
She goes at top speed and gets a lot done. She's also experienced and knowledgeable about packing and moving. There are so many decisions to be made at a time like this - Carol helping is like having a backup brain. The peace of mind is well worth the cost.
I'll need her to come back at least several more times!

Carol is awesome! She is flexible and accommodating. If you want to hang onto all your old stuff, she won't push you to throw it out. She'll just help you organize it all so you can find it when you need it. She also looked for ways to save me money. For example, she told me where to go to buy the least expensive storage bins. I can honestly say that working with Carol was the best thing I have done for myself in years. Having an organized house and clean counter tops feels so great.
