We offer these services: Organize & Declutter, Elderly Downsizing, Personal Assistance and Errands. Organize kitchens, garages, basements. Moving - packing and unpacking. Trips to post office or storage unit, haul to donation sites, dump and hazardous waste sites. We serve all of King County, South Snohomish County, North Pierce County, and West Kittitas County. Organization Unlimited has been in business since 1993, and has received the Super Service Award continuously for eight years. We are licensed and insured.

"Carol was a complete delight from the beginning, she tackled three huge estate down-sizings, a kitchen remodel project that had already spanned three years thanks to covid, and my garage, which was full of spillovers from the remodeling. When she saw my garage, instead of turning a whiter shade of pale, she said "I love doing garages!!" I knew I had been blessed with an exceptional person. We have worked together now for over 1.5 years, going through family photos and memorabilia, office filing cabinets, old clothing, electronics, tool boxes, slowly filling boxes of related items and labeling them. She has never at any point made me feel guilty about the state of affairs, or urged me to go faster. There was a lot to process with my sister's estate, and the time has been filled with laughter and talking about horses, dogs and Benaroya Hall. Speaking of dogs, she has handled my extremely rambunctious big dog without fear, just calm. I'll absolutely continue working with Carol."

When I started my company over 10 years ago, there were three things that I vowed to provide to my customers: quality, integrity, and style. I have been working in the Seattle area with over 20 years of experience. I take pride in my work and I believe that it is an extension of myself. I enjoy finding creative solutions and building things to last in the Pacific Northwest.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my web site and to learn more about me and my company! I began pounding nails as a teenager in the mid-1980s with my uncle, an accomplished and well-respected builder. Through this experience, I was given the opportunity of working on a vast array of projects from new construction to remodels, from simple jobs to multi-million dollar homes. It was here where my passion and love of the carpentry and construction industry was born. The knowledge and experience I gained from working with my uncle taught me a great deal about the principles of quality craftsmanship and pride of workmanship. It is these same values I carry with me today and it is the foundation on which I have built my company. I formed Mountains West Construction in 2004 out of my desire to utilize my ideas and creativity to build quality products. My greatest joy comes from being able to build something from the ground up and watching it develop before my eyes. My sense of accomplishment comes from seeing true satisfaction on the faces of my clients. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a variety of different clients from various backgrounds. I have a proven track record of listening to my clients needs and desires, offering solutions and delivering quality results. When I'm on the job, I strive to keep the jobsite neat and clean, and to minimize any impact to my clients as much as possible.

"We needed our deck's boards and stairs replaced. The job got delayed for a while due to COVID but Randy stayed in touch via email the whole time, and it was completely worth the wait. The new deck surface (we got composite to withstand the weather) looks amazing, the stairs + stringers are sturdier than ever, and the gate matches the deck railing perfectly and works so smoothly. The project was done with no issues in the timeframe he gave us and at the estimated cost, and he left the whole area underneath the deck itself cleaner and neater than it had been before he came! We'll probably not be needing work on it for years, but I will definitely be calling again if/when we do!!"

Closets questions, answered by experts

Adding a mudroom is one of the most budget-friendly home additions compared to other projects, costing between $8,000 and $16,000 on average. Not only is the room often quite small, but it also requires minimal fixtures or wiring to make the room practical. The most costly features include a weatherproof floor and an exterior door.

DIY is possible for basic designs. Professional services ensure proper construction and space optimization.

Different types of closets are defined mostly by size. A few different types of closets include:

  • A reach-in closet is a smaller closet that you can stand in front of and reach everything inside it. Aside from the size, the doors and the level of drywall finish are typically the largest price factors.

  • A walk-in closet can be anything from a small 5-by-5 feet closet that has a narrow walkway with shelves on both sides to a 100 square foot bedroom-sized closet with shelving along the walls and plenty of room to move around in.

  • A built-in wardrobe often does not have a door and leaves the clothes and other contents open to the room, whereas a closet usually has a door to separate it from the rest of the room.

The time it takes to build a closet varies widely depending on the type of closet you want. A simple, reach-in custom closet can take less than a day to complete, while a walk-in closet may take a day or two, or even more, depending on its features. The pro you’re working with can give you the best time estimate depending on your project, but if you’re planning to DIY your closet, you’ll typically want to budget a bit more time.

Costs depend on material type, size, and additional features like lighting or sliding doors.
