Absolutely everyone I worked with was professional, reliable, and on time. Once I made the decision to move forward with them, it was so easy. Go for it. Because I have the dream closet and I am thrilled.

They went above and beyond during both the planning and installation phases! They considered challenges with our space that I would have overlooked if I ordered a system myself. They were even thoughtful enough to bring us treats and/or coffee.

We had received several quotes for closet systems for our home. Creative Closets listened to what we wanted, came up with a design that met our needs, provided prompt service with a quality product at a reasonable price.

The representative who planned the closet was very accommodating and easy to work with. The installer was prompt and did great work. Both were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Jeff, Jon, and Tim provided the vision I was looking for in a closet organizer. The whole process was amazingly easy for me. Quality is important to me and that is what I got. They are professionals and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to others. I’m now eager to have them do other projects.

Tim was knowledgeable and easy to work with , and the design and install went very well. We were only slightly disappointed with the visible pre drilled hardware holes on the outside walls of our closet as we had a large wall style closet built on a wall in our bedroom. Since standard pre made materials are used there was no getting around this. Other than that our new closet is amazing and holds much more than we anticipated. We are very happy.

Creative Closets provided the exact service as requested. Quality of work provided. Better quality and installation plus lower cost than other closet installers I got estimates with. I would request the service of Creative Closets again if this type of installation is needed in the future.

Better quality and installation than anything from Home Depot/Lowes. Very comparable to California Closets. They claim they are 30% lower but it's significantly more than that. I would hire them again in a second. They were very accomadating, professional, and the product was excellent.

They had a really quick response, and able to install with a quick turn-around!
