"The crew did a thorough job, arrived on time, cleaned around the entire house, when finished. The estimate was the most reasonable compared to the other bids received and included a 5 year warranty against future moss growth. I would definitely hire them again."

"I was so impressed with Perfect Homes house cleaning service! The rooms smelled fresh, the floors, counters and sinks, shining. They just lightly and artfully arranged items on surfaces they cleaned so you know they had attended to them. Much to my amazement and unexpected surprise, they thoroughly cleaned the inside of my oven so it now looks like new! No service has ever done that for me before and if I would have requested it there would have been an extra charge, and they did this all with lovely smiles as they quietly went about their work. I would highly recommend them based on my first day experience."

"At first the services were great.  One downside was their using vinegar to clean my hardwood.  But over time they kept showing up later and later.  My times for cleaning were being changed because they had to drive farther to get to my house.  Finally I gave up on them and cancelled my service.

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

A professional roof cleaning lasts about a year on average, so it’s best to do it annually. This schedule helps catch any roof problems before they become extensive and helps prevent mold, moss, and algae from forming. If you live near the coast, annual roof cleaning will help prevent salt buildup on your roof. You can add professional roof cleaning to your yearly home maintenance checklist to ensure you never miss a year.

Maintenance involves regular inspection of connections and cables, ensuring they are free from obstructions and functioning correctly to avoid ice buildup.

Clean the outside of your home at least once a year. If you live in an area with salty sea air, high levels of pollen, or an abundance of leaves in the fall, it's helpful to wash it at least two times a year. Frequent cleanings will allow you to remove debris and pests before they flourish into infestations, or cause mold and mildew.

The easiest way to remove snow from a roof involves using a roof rake that allows you to clear snow from the ground. Roof rakes are lightweight and feature adjustable handles, making them user-friendly for most people. This method also helps prevent ice dams and excess snow buildup, reducing the risk of roof damage during winter months.

When should you remove snow from your roof? A good rule of thumb is once six inches of snow accumulates.

No, you should not pressure wash or power wash roof shingles, including asphalt shingles. The high water pressure from these machines is too strong and can damage the shingles by forcing water underneath, loosening their adhesive, and causing them to fall off. A safer and better alternative is soft washing with a pump sprayer. To ensure the job is done safely without causing damage, it is best to hire a local roof cleaner.
