Four Seasons took on this job when they did not have the expertise to do it. There were streaks on the ceiling from our wood stove. I hired them to wash down the ceiling and the other woodwork in the room. The ceiling was a smeared and blotchy mess when they left. I think that they tried to wash it, but I am not sure. Our painter later took a baby wipe, rubbed it over the streaks on the ceiling, and the soot which the "cleaners" left came off with just a swipe. The photos attached show how the area looked after the cleaners had left.

They did an awesome job with the cleaning, certainly earned every penny, it was my brother’s house. The last time it was cleaned was by his wife who passed away 6 years ago!

I have been a client of Four Seasons for 6 years and at 2 different addresses. They are consistent, communicative, and thorough. We a family with young kids and pets; Four Seasons does a great job cleaning the entire house. Additionally, if I need a schedule change they are accommodating. I have used Four Seasons Professional Cleaning for many years. The cleaners are respectful, prompt and do a thorough cleaning of my home. Having a team of 2-3 people clean my home is a big plus!

I use Four Seasons for my home and office cleaning. They do a wonderful job. It always looks and smells great. They always show up and are opening to schedule changes. If you need an extra cleaning they are very good at fitting you in. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great! I had two cleaners for 3 hours (6 work hours total) and they were amazing. They even managed to clean off my stovetop that I've battled with burned on grease/grime for forever.

The ladies who came were great and efficient. Our house was spotless. We like them so much we are bringing them back quarterly for a deep clean. I don't know what products they use or skills they have but I can never get my house as clean as they did. Even the baseboards were wiped down!

**** FOUR STARS **** 4 out of 5 is very good, I’d give 5 but for the usual & chronic problems inherent with this industry wide problem, minor annoying inconsistency in scheduling & performance. It’s ideal to have the same crew every time @ the scheduled time. which is the case here. After trying out 3 other household cleaning & help services over a 5 years time frame this is the best we have discovered & employed. The billing process is seamless & very accurate. We have learned that you must spell out whats expected & demand just that every engagement or visit. We chose every 2 weeks with the rare occasion something non-routine like help to flip or turn mattresses, dust ceiling light fixtures, etc. The employees of Four Seasons are always willing to help with the unexpected. Give them a tryout you won’t be disappointed.

We have received services from this team in our Sammamish home for 7 years. Service has been reliable, dependable and top notch the entire time. If I could take them to Poulsbo with us, I would. The best part, any issue they work to correct asap. They just did our terminal clean before the new buyers moved in....Awesome! The place looked like new! I highly recommend.

I'd like to amend my original review. Janice had made an attempt to refund a portion of my money on the 12th of August as she states in her response. Unfortunately, there was an error in the account number she used, and so the refund never showed up in my account. When I reached out to her, she corrected the mistake immediately and made the refund. I appreciate her quick response on this.

The women who did the housecleaning worked hard and did a nice job. However there were two big negatives: Communication with the company was poor, and although I paid for 6 hours of work, the cleaners worked for just 4. First, communication: It took several calls on my part to confirm day and time. The person who I finally heard back from by text said they had been very busy and short staffed. I understand that this can happen, but a quick text or voice message only takes a minute! When the women left after two hours (2 cleanersX2 hours, or 4 hours of work) - I double checked my deal which was indeed for 6 hours. I emailed the company through Angies List with no response, and then called. I received a call back and the woman said she would make a partial refund, That was 10 days ago and I have received no refund and no further communication. Very disappointing.

It went well. They did a good and thorough job in cleaning my house.

Excellent work as always but I specifically would like to highlight Donald Gerrie - Donald went out of the way to absolutely guarantee that all work is done perfectly, on time and everything is just right. The standard of excellence Donald sets is unmatched, best in the industry! Four Seasons Pro Cleaning is awesome and we keep using their services.
