"I write this almost 2- years after David and his crew replace to roof on my 20 year old roof. The whole are great people all around. Had the roof done in 2-days. No issues, no leaks use a local companies shingles, Malarkey roof Manufacturing. Know the company through their quality manager and can say they make great products and ECO- friendly. Then April 2021 we got an unexpected late heavy wet snow. Several branches from those trees broke have and damaged the roof. Who do you think I called? David at Brisco Roofing, of course! When you find a good company with great people, why go anywhere else. I won’t…ever."

"I recently got my roof replaced with a metal roof. I wanted a roof that would last me a lot longer than a shingle roof. I expected that probably it would be a little bit louder during the rain, however I was pleasantly surprised that it is not. :-) Spruce up nw was amazing at how quickly they removed and replaced the roof. They worked even in the cold rain to get it done as quickly as possible. They were always pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned my gutters and checked that the internal vents were all connected. I canâ t say enough about how fantastic they were! The roof looks fantastic, and we are very happy. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. After many years of rain, sun, and many rounds of paint, the siding was failing, the front windows were fogged, and the north side roof was growing a forest of moss. Enter KVN Construction, the savior of 27 years of a NW weather beating on this old house. They bought their A-game of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism to my project and design wishes. Daniel, gave me the details and choices for my project, Oleg was a good critique of my design, Zack, Luis, the siders, the roofers, Leo, Carlos, and Sergio, are all top notch in their trades. All the windows are KVN double flashed, siding is Hardie plank and shingle, the roof is Malarkey, a local composite roofing made for the NW. The paint is Sherwin Williams Resilience. I was given a paint consultation as part of the SW package. The color suggestions I did not use. The site was tidy at the days end. The project moved along in about 6 weeks. I highly recommend their company, and their 30 years of experience."
