"Bryan (estimator) explained and demonstrated roofing materials at first meeting. He was experienced and attention to details about project proposal. We had scheduled with outstanding workers who came on time and worked directly three days to finish the whole roof and did all damaged plywood that we requested (well done and efficient). All inspections after completion and follow up the project with us afterward. Derek was cheerfully coming to our house for final inspection and concerns. "Lifetime Windows & Doors were great. We started thinking about replacing our aging aluminum frame windows a few years ago. We got visited by a door-to-door replacement window company and got a good quote. However, the windows were very “chunky” compared to our sleek aluminum windows. So we got a quote from the big replacement window company and got sticker shock. We then found that Milgard had replacement vinyl windows that we could get in black capstone (both internal and external color), but the replacement company never got back to us with a quote – even after many back and forth communications. We then found Lifetime Windows and Doors. Morgan and Lindsay were head and shoulders above all other vendors we worked with regarding communication. When we found out that Milgard was delayed with the black windows we wanted, they found that Simonton had a similar window and got us in their queue. Yes, it took a while to get windows, but Tony and Hugo did a great job, installing all 17 windows. We’re super happy with Lifetime Windows and Doors."

"This contractor offered the best price and was local so there was not a travel fee. Once the contract was signed, the drop box was delivered and work began the next day. Jimmy and his crew tore off two layers of old roofing, inspected the sheeting for water damage, and installed new felt, flashing, roof vents and 30-year architectural shingles. Jimmy kept me informed as work progressed so I know that they found a leak in the outer layer that had not yet penetrated the inner layer of old roofing. All sheeting was in good condition. They completed the job in 3.5 days and did a good clean-up job of the work site."

"It took awhile for Precision to get started, but the weather was not the best and Mike wanted at least 4 good days to do the job.  Once started, the job was complete in about a week.  The crew seemed pretty experienced. 

My only gripe is that we were told we would be getting the warranty on the roof within a few weeks after it was installed.  It's now been about 8 months and Mike won't respond to repeated phone calls with messages left to at least call back and let us know if and when we may expect to get the warranty papers.   We were told once he had lost his warranty book, but that was several months ago.  The roof went through a very wet winter and spring OK, but we would still like to have the warranty in case the shingles wear out prematurely.

I don't know why Mike won't return calls, but until I get the warranty papers I cannot in good conscience recommend Precision Roofing.
