"Getting the install scheduled was difficult: our calls were often unreturned and when we called on our own, we were not able to schedule the install. It wasn't until we threatened to cancel that a date was scheduled for installation. When the patio was installed, there were no borders to keep the pacers in place, leaving us to perform that work on our own. He have also had to add an additional 3 bags of sand to fill the cracks and complete that patio. The pacers look great and the work was done very quickly but the challenges in scheduling and the incomplete work preclude us from using this business again in the future."

Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled.
