All of the detail work matched the existing home so well they looked like they had been built at the same time. You would never know that the home and the garage were built 20 years apart! Sergey was very thorough and explained all the details involved to me. His crew was always there when they said they would be and always cleaned up thoroughly each day. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
