"Freddy is an exceptional. I needed a paint refresh done quickly in my whole house, and he came through. As always, with speed, some quality suffers, and that I accept. The overall paint job was good, but some of the clean up was not as clean as I would have liked, I have had to go back on windows and scrape, remove bits of paint, tape etc, and I have done the same on the floors in places. I have no doubt that given more time, more care would have been taken. I will use Freddy again, he is trustworthy, comes on time, does what he says for the price he says. He also corrected a couple of errors right away, no arguing, and I banged into a wall, and he just fixed the scrape and carried on. He and his team are everything you want in contractor. He does not overpromise, he communicates fairly and openly, he stands by his quotes and work."

We are selling our home and wanted the new buyers to love the home as much as we did. This project has brightened up a dull exterior and made the home so much more inviting. A cement backer board is not needed for laying tile on concrete. Sometimes referred to as a cementitious backer unit, or CBU, backer board should be used if the subfloor is plywood or OSB. The backer board provides a base on which to install the tiles that isn’t as likely to be damaged by any accidental water seepage as natural materials would be.
