Left an ugly line on the lawn and didn't bother adding new dirt like they said they would. Created and left a pipe sticking out of the lawn which is a tripping hazzard for anybody, especially young kids, and they still expect to get paid in full for awful work. Find someone else that takes pride in how they leave their job for their customers, and would try to resolve any reasonable problems brought up to create a compromise.

Our water heater had slowly been smelling more and more like gas. I’d tried a few other plumbing companies closer by, but never got a response. I did a bid through Angie’s list and absolute plumbing replied right away. We made an appointment for Friday between 10-2. Those hours came and went and no show, so I called the company and after some investigating, the receptionist apologized and informed me they’d made the wrong date for the appt, but that they’d send someone right out (they’re about 45 minutes away) and that they’d only charge me half price. Carlton and isiah were professional, they were courteous, and efficient. They told me what it might be and let me know if the problem was with the water heater, they’d need to order a part. Fortunately, it was a pipe that had popped off and they were able to quickly and easily fix it.

We’ve used absolute plumbing before and really liked them. I will say that they do a nice job and the shower looks nice, however it took them 15 hours to install, they did not tell me that the hourly rate increased because he main plumber brought another worker and they showed up late (about and hour to two hours) both days. Normallly they tend to be very reasonably priced but my invoice seemed a bit expensive for what they completed (however I’m not a professional so who knows). I think what frustrated me most is they sent an invoice the first day that seemed low, but I wasn’t complaining and then the next day it went up $2000 with a “revised” invoice. I wish they would have sent the correct one first as the price increase was a bit overwhelming. My suggestion is to get a bid if you’re doing any large project with them which I will be doing in the future!

Very friendly and available. They had to rent a snake because theirs was broken. First visit only worked for a couple days. Next visit they used a camera after snaking again. The camera showed a tangled ball of roots and the snake could not cut it. $250 per visit so far. They suggested putting in a new 75 foot by 10 foot deep sewer line. They were going to quote it but got too busy. Finally got my regular plumber back in. He had the right size snake and had no problem clearing it for only $150. We set up an annual cleaning instead of replacing the sewer line for $8k or so.

Price of materials and labor was a little high and we had to wait an extra week because they are very busy. The work was done well and the results were fine. I would use them again. however, I might shop for a better price if there is one out there.
