"Jack and his crew are fantastic. They’ve remodeled, painted and maintained multiple elements of our home’s interior and exterior, including installation of numerous custom lighting fixtures, cabinetry, roofing detail and deck installation and maintenance. I love that he’s independent and thoroughly human, and just a super sweet guy as well as a highly skilled pro. Well, this is where things got lost:

Unfortunately, after the appointment, the paperwork was either not turned in by the tech or somehow things just got lost in the shuffle.  After contacting Bob (the owner @ Mr. Handyman) several times and explaining how wonderful his service was on the front end but how disappointed I was with the follow-up, Bob immediately responded with a gratis invoice for 2 hours of service.  Gotta admit, this is excellent customer service and a way to win a customer back!  Bob gets it!  Things happen and I will definitely give them another try!
