They did not vacuum after themselves, though it was not a big mess. They were late for both appointments we made but did call ahead to make sure that would be okay. They did not wear masks while working, for those who care about that. Other than those mild complaints, everything was quite good. Overall I definitely recommend them.

Phillip was in contact me from the start and came on time. He understood that I needed three locks replaced including a touch-pad lock. These replaced single locks with the double lock deadbolts. He was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. He called 20 minutes before his arrival. He wore a mask. Was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Phillip and his company.

Phillip came over the same day I called, Went to job & did the work even though I wasn't there & delivered the keys to my location. Personable, business-like & ON Time. Only surprise was the price at $352.00, but that's life now-a-days. I haven't seen the work yet that's why I haven't "stars".
