As such I have given him full marks for his customer service. The issue that I encountered was over the pricing that I was originally quoted vs. what was asked for at completion. The work I had completed was a lockset size change with an install of a single lock. The job took one hour to complete. Over the phone, I was quoted $90 install ($29 visit, 81 install), and canceled a scheduled appointment I previously had due to this better price and availability. After the install, the Tech asked for $204. This was not discussed until my card had already been charged without being told the amount. After refusing to sign for the amount, he worked with his management to refund the amount to what Home Advisor charges for the same service, $120. My recommendation to potential customers in the future, make sure you ask your locksmith once they arrive to confirm the price that you have been offered in advance of the work being completed."

"I first met Jack when he came to my home on a Sunday (same day service) to check out some duct work that had come loose. He took the time to do the repair same day. I was so impressed that I asked him back to complete a long honey-do list. He sent Josh to help me out and his work was impeccable. Everything was completed in just a couple of days. Both Jack and Josh are courteous, kind, clean and are excellent tradesmen. I had an issue with a product they installed for me and they were back within 24 hrs to fix it. I could not be happier with their work and their professionalism. I give them 5 stars all around!"
